Basically you should start exercising daily, if possible. But make sure you are well rested before you begin the next exercise on the schedule. I'm not going to say which one is more important, because for the best possible results, it's absolutely crucial for you to combine both. What does a good diet consist of? Keep it low-carb! Replace those fat and slimy fries and burgers with vegetable alternatives, because they are your most vicious enemies.

To make the transition to a healthier lifestyle easier for you, don't just think about taking things away (aka. the fat and greasy foods so dear to you). That comes at the end. How about adding some foods to your weeky menu first? Like for example, when you go to the kitchen to grab your daily-whatever before going to sleep, and you know you're tired of that same old meal by now. You might want to try making something new, just for having a blast. Maybe make a sandwich out of tomatoes, paprika and eggs? Mmmm, delicious...

But hey, you can make anything you like, as long as it's healthy. And while you're having fun experimenting, maybe cooking your delicious veggie-supper, you can do some quick 15-minute exercises while you're waiting for your meal to be ready. Talk about multitasking, huh?
