What is the best diet to lose weight fast?

With zero doubt, the best diet program available right now is this one.

My personal favorite meal is fruit salad! Not only do you have a choice of including whatever fruit tickles your fancy and pretty much customizing it to the maximum, you also treat your body to a nice dose of vitamins it desperately needs. Need I not mention it's good for the purpose of losing weight...

Then you should immediately cut trash food out of equation. Hint: replace it with veggie burgers! Or maybe a tossed salad, that contains beans, eggs or potatoes. As long as you keep it 'bio', you're good to go.

A nice trick is eating such foods that share a similar trait of staying in your stomach as long as possible. Because if your stomach is full, you won't feel the desire to go overeating yourself. I'm not saying you should starve yourself to death (it's unhealthy and doesn't even make you any slimmer!), but still, it's a good way to start. Think eggs, nuts and even certain cereals. Make sure to eat properly in the morning, because not doing so will make you uneccesarily hungry, causing you all kinds of trouble.

As far as meat goes, they say that beef steak and chicken breast do the job well. My own experience is no different. And what a delicious way to lose weight too, wouldn't you agree?

If you're looking for a general rule when selecting what foods you should eat, think anything that's low on carbs and high on protein if possible. That's beneficial especially if you're doing some exercises in order to turn fat into muscle. But aside from that, make sure you count the amounts of carbs you consume daily. I'm sure I've been through this (I'm having a deja vu right now, lol), but for comfort's sake, here's the formula again:

First you take your ideal weight, aka. the weight you're aiming to achieve. Then you multiply it by ten. The result you get is the ideal amount of calories you should be consuming on a daily basis. But don't take this too literally, it's only meant to be a guide, not a holy law. You know, just to give you a basic idea.

Oh yeah, one final trick is to always drink water when you feel hunger but know that you ate enough for the time. Not this carbonated thing, just regular, out-of-pipe water (or bottled if water from your pipe isn't good). It tricks your stomach into thinking it's full!

And seriously, check this diet program out right now. You'll love it. I know I did!
