How to lose weight without exercise
Click here to learn what a good diet consists of! First of all, you're probably thinking you should shy away from anything that has 'carbs' written on it. Correct? Well, partially. The thing is, certain carbs are good for you and certain really are best to stay away from. The latter includes all 'white' foods, like bread, fries and rice. It's a nifty little trick if you can't remember.
Don't starve yourself to death. As a contrast, try not to overeat yourself either. A good trick when you're feeling hungry (and know you shouldn't eat more): simply drink a galon of water if you have to! That way, your stomach is going to be left thinking it's packed full of food. *Riiing*, wrong answer! But it works. So yeah, don't forget to carry some water with you no matter where you go. Please don't chastize me for it, but... have you considered just taking a walk? I doesn't have to be straining to still burn a couple of calories while you're at it. Of course, the more straining it is, the more calories your body burns per hour. Let your body tell you how much is okay and when you feel exhausted, simply stop and go do something else. Don't eat while watching tv! The concept behind it is that if you do, your brain doesn't consider how much you've already thrown into yourself and you remain feeling hungry, although it might very well be that you've just eaten an elephant. For best possible results, you should also consider eating more times per day (it sounds conflicting, I know, but bare with me), but eat in smaller portions. That way your body gets enough time to process what it consumed and everything gets 'evened out'. Also, never forget that exercise only counts as such if you perceive it as drudgery. Instead, try taking some dancing lessons or ride a bike around the beautiful countryside. Losing fat and having fun, that's what I prefer, because I'm also not that kind of person that likes to visit the gym every single day and mindlessly exercise myself into oblivion. Booooring!
