How to lose belly fat for women

You will have to change your lifestyle and dietary habits. These work best if used in conjunction with regular exercises. I advise you to shy away from carbs and junk food, but you probably know that already. So what IS the best food for the purpose of burning belly fat? Vegetables are by far the best option. Tomatoes, spinach, carrots... the list goes on. But correct nutrition is only one half of the battle.

As mentioned above, some exercises will help you lose more belly weight than others. Dancing is one of such exercises. It targets the weight on your legs, hips and belly. Then (if dancing is not for you) you should also consider taking a walk. Yes, it is an excellent choice for that purpose, and you can regulate how straining the exercise will be. If you don't feel like going uphill, you don't need to. But keep in mind that the more straining the exercise it, the best results it will yield. For maximum burned calories per hour I'd recommend jogging.

And don't give into the temptation of starving yourself. Don't even think about it. Not only it's unhealthy, it also doesn't work at all. I won't go into details why, but if you're interested, here's a free video that explains it.

It's a good idea to split your meals into more portions. So instead of eating 3 times par day in big portions, eat 5 times per day (but don't eat a lot). Only as much as you feel is right. Also, when we're here, it's a good idea to have a rough measurement of daily caloric intake. I revealed the formula in one of my previous articles.

Finally, note that cardio exercises are your best friend. What counts as such? Well, anything that makes your heart pounding. That can be the exercises I've mentioned in this article, or you can try visiting your local fitness centre.
