Have you considered doing some step aerobics?
They say it burns 800 calories per hour, which is quite impressive. It's perfect if you want to lose weight on your bottom, legs, hips and thighs. The results can often be seen quite soon as well, even as soon as 2 weeks. Alternatively, I would seek out a gym in your local area. Depending on where you want to lose weight the most, there are appropriate exercises for everything. Just ask their local experts (or take a look at other articles on this website).

How about sports?
Look, everyone wants to lose weight as fast as possible, doing some exercises for a week or two, then give up after seeing little or no results. But you know what? It's not about that. It's actually about consistency while having fun. I can't stress this enough. Because if you're having fun when exercising, it's not exercise anymore, am I right? That being said, feel free to do any sport you like (bicyling, swimming, tennis... you name it), but doing it consistently! If you make sure to be doing X every couple of days for, say, 3 consecutive months, only then can you make progress.

Feeling too tired for any of the above?
No problem, because you can still do at least something. And that 'something' can be as little as taking a walk in the park, literally. Sure, it won't burn as much calories as other intensive and demanding exercises, but it's still going to achieve a lot if you promise yourself you're gonna do it at least every couple of days. Or when you're too fatigued to do other exercises.
