I've mentioned this in one of my other posts, but for comfort's sake, I'll mention it again. Aerobics burn up to eight hundred calories a day. I recommend you do this as much as possible, like every second day in the week. Why every second? There are a lot of debates going on, but one school of thought (which also happens to be my own) is that it's important for your body to get some rest between exercises. I'm not saying a decade, you know, just a little. A day will do just fine. If aerobics ain't your thing, then how about some yoga or pilates? These exercises are also very good if your aim is to lose belly fat. For more passive exercises (alright, you might want to call them 'tricks'), try pulling in your stomach muscles when sitting down. And try your very best to sit as straight as possible. What this does, is basically forcing your muscles to be active and work to maintain the state you want them to be in. Good home-exercise videos are another way of losing excess belly weight. It won't happen overnight, but if you go through them and do it religiously, a change for the better is simply bound to happen.
